This policy only covers this marketing website. Use of the WisePaul platform (the app) is governed by its own privacy policy, available in the app.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the league request form: name, email and chosen plan and, if you provide them, league name, competition and message.
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served by the website itself, with no requests to third-party services. The hosting provider may record technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs for security purposes.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to reply to your request and set up your league. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
The form is delivered by email through the Web3Forms service, which acts as a processor for that delivery only. The service may process data outside the European Economic Area; where it does, the safeguards required by data protection law apply, and you can ask for more information about them at the contact e-mail.
Once online payment is available, the purchase is made at the checkout of a third-party payment provider, identified at checkout, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and billing data as a controller under its own privacy policy. We receive from it only your name, e-mail and the amount of the purchase, to create your league and record the sale.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to reply to your request. If you do not become a customer, we delete it within 12 months. If you do, it becomes subject to the contract and to the app’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contato@wisepaul.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
